Participating distribution entities include licensed agencies appointed with the carriers listed above, adhering strictly to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines (MMG) and TCPA compliance protocols.
4. Technology & Verification Providers
We partner with trusted compliance and lead integrity technology providers to document and verify consumer consent:
- ActiveProspect (TrustedForm): Independently records an audit trail and issuing certificate validating TCPA disclosure visibility and affirmative consumer action.
- Verisk (Jornaya LeadID): Captures cryptographically tokenized evidence of consumer consent for compliance audits and dispute resolution.
- Twilio / Telephony Providers: Secure enterprise communication platforms supporting consumer opt-out processing and DNC registry enforcement.
